The operating range of the heat pump is from -25°C to 48°C and the maximum outlet water temperature can reach up to 80°C (without electric heating). At an air temperature of -10°C, the system can provide water at a temperature of 80°C, while maintaining 100% heating capacity at -7°C, 90% at -10°C, 75% at -15°C and 65% at -20°C. Both the coils and the inner tank of the water tank are made of type 316 stainless steel, with a tank capacity of 190 l. The 45 mm thick insulation ensures that the water temperature drops by only 7°C in 24 hours.

The device has a high level of safety thanks to the separation of water and gas – the outdoor unit is equipped with a built-in water and gas separator and an automatic air vent valve, while the indoor unit has a manual air vent valve. The system allows four control methods: by outlet water temperature, room temperature, storage tank temperature or by thermostat.

In the “Powerful” mode, it offers fast cooling and heating with a 30% increase in power. The disinfection function allows you to set the temperature to 65 °C for 15 minutes, while the disinfection efficiency reaches 99.99%. The “Holiday away” function is used during winter holidays – it prevents the system from freezing and saves energy at the same time.

The heat pump supports dual-zone control, i.e. independent control of two zones or two end devices. The FLH mixing valve with 0–10 V control maintains temperature fluctuations in the room within ±0.5 °C. In the ECO mode, the user can choose from eight preset curves or create a ninth according to their own habits, while each zone can be set separately.

The smart wired controller supports 18 languages, has a color display with a clear interface and includes a built-in Wi-Fi module, temperature sensor and USB port for updating the program or copying settings. The gas and water linking function allows connection to a gas boiler – a heat pump or boiler can act as the main heat source for both heating and domestic hot water. Thanks to the MODBUS system, the unit can be centrally controlled and more than 110 parameters can be set. The new wired controller has a built-in gateway that ensures compatibility with intelligent building management systems.
