In terms of their use for heating, they have so far been promoted mainly for family houses. Recently, however, figures and statistics have shown that it is important that they are used more often in multi-family houses, whether in new or existing buildings. <\/strong> <\/p>

Of course, every house and every living space has unique requirements. Therefore, the question of whether installing a heat pump makes sense is also relevant. Is a complete renovation necessary before we decide to use a heat pump? <\/p>

Benefits of a heat pump for property owners <\/h2>

The fact is that a heat pump can significantly reduce operating costs. The current interplay of building energy laws from the European Union also plays in the heat pump’s favour. Heating is supposed to be climate-friendly, so the aim is that over the years new heating systems will be run on 65% renewable energy. <\/p>

Many surveys show that many households in Central Europe have outdated heating systems. This suggests that it is not so much a societal question of whether we will need a heat pump, but when we will need one. Of course, taking into account the needs of specific properties. There are solutions that will not require heat pumps, for example. <\/p>

It achieves flow temperatures of around 80 to 100 degrees Celsius and can be used effectively even<\/a> in buildings with large radiators. <\/p>

To optimise the heating performance, the use of a buffer tank is essential. The heat thus generated is stored from time to time and made available as required. For a residential building, these storage systems must be of adequate size to distribute the heat efficiently and cover peak loads. <\/p>
