They often determine how efficiently the refrigerated boxes will work. This translates into energy efficiency and, ultimately, the end bills. They come in a variety of designs and types. So how to choose the most suitable and ideal option?      <\/strong> <\/p><p>Refrigerated doors are specially designed and manufactured so that they do not create thermal bridges and so that their insulating capacity is ensured as efficiently as possible. They come in a variety of designs and finishes. For example, revolving, sliding, double-leaf or other door designs.    <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refrigerated doors as a key element of cold stores  <\/h2><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/en\/product\/refrigerated-doors\/\">Refrigerated doors<\/a> for cold stores are often a matter of some specifics. These are individual requirements in terms of parameters and design. The most suitable option for specific plants is often a tailor-made door solution.    <\/p><p>In order to achieve insulating properties, the refrigerated boxes need to consist of insulating PUR panels, the appropriate connecting and covering strips, factory refrigerated doors and refrigeration technology. The latter itself consists of a condensing unit, an evaporator and an electrical control cabinet.   <\/p><p>In addition to the necessary attributes that refrigerated boxes must meet, they are often supplied with many additional equipment, such as racks or tracks. Refrigerated boxes thus reflect any special requirements and needs.   <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refrigerated door parameters  <\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1065\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1.jpeg\" alt=\"  refrigerated boxes\" class=\"wp-image-13109\" style=\"width:1209px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1.jpeg 1065w, https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1-400x169.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1-768x325.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1-860x363.jpeg 860w, https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1-430x182.jpeg 430w, https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1-700x296.jpeg 700w, https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-1-150x63.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1065px) 100vw, 1065px\" \/><\/figure><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/en\/product\/refrigerated-doors\/\">Refrigerated doors<\/a> must be used to insulate rooms where the temperature ranges from -35\u00b0C to +10\u00b0C. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/en\/product\/refrigerated-doors\/\">Refrigerated doors<\/a> are used at temperatures above 0\u00b0C. At lower temperatures, a greater layer of insulation is required and so freezer doors are used at temperatures below freezing. For areas where temperatures are above 12\u00b0C, so-called semi-insulated doors are the most suitable for all types of operation.    <\/p><p>As mentioned earlier, refrigeration doors come in many types and designs. They can be found in painted sheet metal or stainless steel. In special cases, they are also fitted with fire protection. The opening system is designed in swinging, sliding and swinging variants for the sake of practicality.     <\/p><p>If you know in advance that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slovklima.sk\/en\/product\/refrigerated-doors\/\">refrigerated door<\/a> will be open for a long period of time, for example when loading goods, it is advisable to use PVC swing doors or PVC strips to prevent unnecessary cold leaks from the space. In the case of atypical spaces, the manufacture of custom-made doors should be addressed.   <\/p><p>Hygienic rails are also part of the refrigerated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.familia.sk\/ako-vybrat-vhodny-chladiaci-box-pre-vas-podnik\/\">boxes <\/a>and doors. These are a very simple and effective system to meet the strict hygiene standards in many industries. Once installed, they create a perfect transition between wall, floor or ceiling. PVC material is used for their production, which ensures their durability even under higher levels of stress.     <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PUR panels as an effective insulation element for cold stores<\/h2><p>The PUR panels used in cold stores meet the most demanding hygiene and safety standards. They are designed with an emphasis on high thermal insulation, mechanical resistance and long service life. Among other things, they are also made with a perforated groove that creates a hidden joint after installation. Such forms of joints prevent the formation of mould. Like the overall cold store, the panels themselves are available in different designs, lengths and thicknesses.      <\/p><p>Various monitoring devices with remote access can also be installed in the refrigerated boxes. These devices can detect various types of faults in time and report them by means of an alert in the control system or, for example, via SMS messages.
